Delete it yourself

Slams Grow (earners): open the app, go to Profile, tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Slams Grow Business: open the app, go to More, tap Delete my account. On the web, sign in at slamsgrow.com/business and use Business profile > Delete account.

Before deleting, withdraw any earner balance, and ask us to refund any business wallet balance. Running campaigns must be completed or cancelled first.

What is deleted and what is kept

We remove your name, email, mobile number, sign-in links with Google and Apple, location and preferences straight away, and you are signed out on every device. Payment, invoice and payout records are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires, but they are no longer linked to your name or contact details.

Cannot open the app?

Send a request below with the email or mobile number on your account. We confirm it is your account and complete the deletion within 7 working days.
